I plan to grow my business by expanding services to government agencies and school districts through contracts. I plan to build relationships throughout the community by hosting fitness events and boot camps for community members and offer online services by creating videos and e-workout plans. Investors should consider investing in me because our health is our number one priority. Educating communities on the importance of health and physical activity can help to reduce obesity at the local level and essential the state. Improving the health and future of communities can also help to reduce cardiovascular diseases and illnesses. Each one teaches one; the goal is to maximize my capacity to help people look and feel good about themselves, maintain a healthy activity level and diet, and ultimately add years to their life spans.

Planet fitness gym- does not provide one-on-one services but is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. They also do not provide meal services. 24-hour fitness gym- open 24 hours, but no location in the underserved areas of Jackson, MS. They also do not provide one-on-one services or meal prep services. Explicit J3 Fitness- a private black-owned business that provides similar services. They do not have the public health or sports administration education and experience not offers meal prep services. I am different from my competitors because I am passionate about improving the lives of others. I was in business before fitness became a trend. I have helped athletes reach their optimal level of fitness, and many have gone to play professional football. I have patience with my clients while pushing them to do their best at changing unhealthy habits. I maintain personal relationships with them outside of sessions to let them know that I care about them. Many of them have had children that are now clients because they are ultimately our new leaders. It’s my responsibility to make sure they are in tip-top shape to take on the world.
