Starting out with wholesaling, investing in rental property and rehabbing I am currently in training with one of America’s most successful real estate investment moguls. His track record goes back to the mid 2000 and his proven system has worked and is still working today. His method has change many new and existing real estate investors lives and has afforded many individuals financial freedom. I believe Real estate has always been a means of helping individuals with the opportunity to be home owners. And for those who are not interested in becoming home owners, they are granted the opportunity to find rental properties to call home. Due to the diversity of real estate in our society, the market can be beneficial for many. Whether one is interested in becoming a consumer or provider, the market is always available to either of the two. Also real estate has the ability to diversify making it less risky. Since has an investor l am able to select the area of real I choose to venture in and at what time I chose to do so.

Lennar Homes M/I Homes Avex Homes Selecting the right investment path, whether it is wholesaling, rental or rehabbing can all result in risky outcomes. However, not taking that risk can be even riskier has outcomes are not predictable. The founder of Apple Steve Jobs, never knew he would be one of the richest people in America but he stepped out and took that risk anyway. I believe because of the demand for housing in the country real estate can never fail. The industry sometimes has its crash however, it always comes back strong. My competitors focuses on building new homes which can sometimes be a bit on the higher end of the price market. This leaves families that can not afford their prices without the opportunity of getting into a new home or even a rental that they can call their own. Focusing first on rehabbing in high demand areas where individuals are desperate for change in their community but can not afford the price point being presented, will allow me to reach this group of people. Rehabbing do not always need an exorbitant amount of cash flow and as a result, they can be sold at a price that is affordable to a family in the lower income bracket level. So even though I have competitors, they are targeting a different market.
