The equipment and modifications would increase production capacity, storage capacity, and delivery capacity. These improvements would also allow Roam to reduce the cost of production significantly. Reducing production costs will make Roam competitive at a regional level while still increasing profitability.

Roam coffee's phase 1 was to test in the local markets while refining our process and testing market viability. Roam has had great success with this and has attracted interest from business development initiatives and national brands such as Cosco. Roam is the only FDA-approved manufacturer for cold brew products in the state of Oklahoma. Roam is on solid footing with a strong and foundation. Our processes are lean and very scalable. The goal for the next five years is to continue our sustained growth while balancing increases in production with gains in the new distribution. There are boundless opportunities in this state and our region. Roam can capitalize if we can grow our production capacity and refine the look of our product to a new height. Roam coffee is committed to quality in making a product that continues to pick up global market share year after year. Roam succeeded in obtaining the FDA approval for manufacturing cold brew in Oklahoma, where various other companies have tried and failed in the past. The two co-founders of this company are tenacious problem solvers. Chameleon Coffee: The price point for Chameleon coffee is one of our most significant barriers as we continue conversations with regional and national retail brands. Our cold brew is superior in taste, and our process ensures that our cold brew is clean, preservative-free, and never chemically altered. Our current size and dependence on outside partners make it difficult to compete with a company with national distribution and resources we could only dream of having. Scaling would go a long way towards expanding Roam's market share in our region and competing with a goliath like Chameleon/Nestle. Black rifle: Black rifle coffee has a strong following, especially amongst veterans. Black Rifle is in the process of expanding various stores into the Oklahoma market, and they have been aggressively developing their consumer ready-to-drink cold brew products. To help broaden our brand, Roam aligned with a local premium baked goods company to exclusively provide cold brew consumer packaged goods and draft systems for their physical locations. Topeca Coffee Topeca Coffee is a very well-funded local roaster with a large following. They have been repeatedly made moves into the cold brew manufacturing space. Unfortunately, they have done so without obtaining the appropriate licensure and approvals from the FDA. We actively compete with them in the Tulsa market, and when we have gone head to head, Roam has always triumphed with our superior cold brew products. Topeca Coffee can make a real run at the cold brew market if they just put the effort to legitimize their operation. Our goal is to scale and capture additional market share before they become a serious threat and competitor. Since Roam is the only approved manufacturer for cold brew in this state, we now offer manufacturing services to other roasters in the Metro. This service allows Roam to capitalize on potential competitors before they even become a competitor. We are strictly a cold brew coffee company. There are no distractions, no compromises. Everything roam has developed with consideration for how it will improve or preserve our finished cold brew product. For many competitors, cold brew is an additional revenue stream to augment their current business. The development of our post brew processing and roasting of beans seeks to maximize the best cold brew flavor. Our cold brew is actually cold-brewed, reducing acidity drastically and preserving the caffeine of the beverage. Roam cold brew is a clean, healthy drink free of preservatives. There are no gimmicks or artificial flavors meant to hide the abuse of a typical manufacturing process. We are the only FDA-approved manufacturer in the State of Oklahoma. Oklahoma is a state that has seen an explosion of artisan/craft beverages (Coffee, beers, seltzer, etc.) in the past few years.
