Chameleon Coffee: The price point for Chameleon coffee is one of our most significant barriers as we continue conversations with regional and national retail brands. Our cold brew is superior in taste, and our process ensures that our cold brew is clean, preservative-free, and never chemically altered. Our current size and dependence on outside partners make it difficult to compete with a company with national distribution and resources we could only dream of having. Scaling would go a long way towards expanding Roam's market share in our region and competing with a goliath like Chameleon/Nestle. Black rifle: Black rifle coffee has a strong following, especially amongst veterans. Black Rifle is in the process of expanding various stores into the Oklahoma market, and they have been aggressively developing their consumer ready-to-drink cold brew products. To help broaden our brand, Roam aligned with a local premium baked goods company to exclusively provide cold brew consumer packaged goods and draft systems for their physical locations. Topeca Coffee Topeca Coffee is a very well-funded local roaster with a large following. They have been repeatedly made moves into the cold brew manufacturing space. Unfortunately, they have done so without obtaining the appropriate licensure and approvals from the FDA. We actively compete with them in the Tulsa market, and when we have gone head to head, Roam has always triumphed with our superior cold brew products. Topeca Coffee can make a real run at the cold brew market if they just put the effort to legitimize their operation. Our goal is to scale and capture additional market share before they become a serious threat and competitor. Since Roam is the only approved manufacturer for cold brew in this state, we now offer manufacturing services to other roasters in the Metro. This service allows Roam to capitalize on potential competitors before they even become a competitor. We are strictly a cold brew coffee company. There are no distractions, no compromises.
