We are looking to purchase the entire building that we are currently one of four suites who lease. We have experienced high double digit growth year to year and have become profitable in year three. We are looking for a few hundred thousand in capital to help fund our growth.

Business Plan
We look to continue increasing profitability with our current and only location. We also have a goal of expanding and building a second location in the next 5 years. We have become know for the great business we run and amazing family owned and operating team we have. We have changed the way our industry is viewed in our facility. We have mostly females working here full time and operating the business. We are a very family and women friendly place to feel safe and welcome as we help them learn and grow. We truly go above and beyond for our customers to have the best experience with us. Our range is 100' long with 12 handicap accessible lanes and is the largest indoor gun range in Wisconsin.

Self Identified Competition
Fireline is our closest competitor. They have a 75' Range. They have a smaller retail area. They do not have a gunsmith shop where we do. They also do not have a comfortable lounge area like we do. They do not allow as large of calibers as we do. Family Shooting Academy is the nest closest. They are a very small range with an extremely small retail are. They do not allow many rifles or shotguns and the length is also 75'. Down Range was the only other indoor shooting range in the area but the closed about a month after we opened. It was a small range in the basement of a small building. Our range is 100' long. We have lights and programs in each lane that customers can use. Our customer service and welcoming environment is something that greatly sets us apart from our competitors. We are very female and family friendly. We offer gunsmithing on sight as well as custom cerakoting which zero of our competitors have. We have a Private 24 hour range access for police departments and other highly skilled individuals with have a membership and the ability to go into the range after hours. No gun range in Wisconsin has this available. We have all the local police departments training at our facility only. We have a Simulator system to virtually practice or play games which our competitors also do not have. Half of our staff is female and most of our full time employees are female so the female presence is very high which is uncommon in our industry and has set us apart from the "norm".
