Having worked at several prestigious facilities, the applicant is prepared to offer a comprehensive and intensive program that emphasizes ongoing education for both themselves and their clients.

In terms of competition, local rivals include established training facilities like Vienna Farm, Laura Noyes Dressage, and Freeport Equestrian Center. What sets Dream Tree Dressage apart is its focus on personalized, all-inclusive services that encompass lessons, training, and coaching at shows. • Business Plan

I plan to establish myself in the in Southern Maine community, increase my lesson program, and training program. I would like to add clinics and travel more to teach and showcase my training at national shows, and become an international level rider and competitor. I have worked in the equine industry for ten plus years, and I have already successfully ran my own lesson and training program once for about 3 years. Since, I have worked across the country at prestigious training and sales barns and now can offer a more intensive program to teach and train Dressage. I want to offer better education for people and their equine partners and always continue my own education to better my contribution to the sport and industry locally and regionally. I am persistent and fully dedicated to my career and take a lot of pride in caring for horses and helping people understand them and reach their goals.

  • Self Identified Competition

Locally, my competitors are other private training facilities that offer similar programs. Vienna Farm has been providing horses training and instruction for 30+ years, Laura Noyes Dressage has a similar sized training and boarding program, as well as Freeport Equestrian Center. The difference between my competitors and myself, is I will offer clients a more tailored individualized program. My boarding and training rates are all inclusive providing lessons, training, and coaching at shows. This full service approach also give people the opportunity to not only get more education from me, but for horses to have more time in my training program. I also will have a lesson horse that can introduce youth to horseback riding and dressage. This serves as a feeder program for young riders to then step up to having their own horse in the future. This reliably gives me an extra source of income as well.
