I’m going to use the fund to buy a company van to carry ladders, spray machine, and pressure washer to job and back to office. I’m also going to use the fund for advertisement to generate work.

Business Plan
My plan is to get familiar with the system in Florida on how to creat a network of clients to build my business structure. One I have a system in place I will be more productive with my work. Once I have reached a level where I can hire employees to work for me then things will be more bigger as far as opportunities for bigger projects. I believe in my leader ship that I can build a structure for my business that will last for generations to come. And also because there a lack of workmanship in the construction trade, we need more leaders to build opportunities for work.

Self Identified Competition
My three top competitors are big company with a lot of employees who pay people cheap, company who don’t have the requirements to function but function illegally, and company who charge cheap which makes it harder to generate leads. The reason I believe I should receive this funding is because I follow the rules in this business, I don’t take short cuts. I’m honest when it comes to deliver my word to my clients. I believe truthfulness is the key to being successful in business.
