Business Plan
I would like to be operating out of a building or food truck instead of a concession stand/tent, I would love to hire more employees and franchise my business in other states. Ladybugs lemonade is ran by a 10 year entrepreneur who started her business right before covid happen, she was selling her lemonade in our development until covid came then we had to stop, so instead of quitting we decide to buy bottles and bottle the lemonade and sell it like that which turned out great bc we was still able to work during the pandemic by delivering the lemonade to our customers! Our freshly squeeze lemonade will be a big hit in the future. I have a true hustler who is dedicated to her business!

Self Identified Competition
We have none! We are the only people in our area that have a consession stand/ tent. But even if we did we would just focus on bettering our business/product. We just don't sell lemonade we sell popcorn , candy apples, cake slices, and cotton candy. Our tent normally attract peoples attention! Our employees treat our customers like family
