By expanding into hotel industry, creating an additional option for our guests when the park is full or fir those who don’t have an RV. I have planes to continue to grow and improve our current location as well. Planned improvements include me mini golf course. New water lines and parks are in the works right now. Private funding organizations and investors should consider my business for such grants because, I am vested in my community. I am a local investor and entrepreneur who takes pride in running and maintaining my businesses. I am always looking for ways to not only grow in my own business but bring additional revenues for our community. Which in turn allows for our community to make the needed improvements giving all residents and visitors the enjoyment of a beautiful community.

Self Identified Competition
I would consider Hampton Inn, Holiday In. and the Brick Yard Inn the most comparable competitors. My business plan is to creat a choice unlike any of these typical chains. Utilizing Airbnb, VRBO, hotels.com and general search engines used when guests are searching for a place to stay. Suites at the cost of the competitions regular queen bedroom. The biggest difference will come in our rates and top rated hospitality service. Creating a like home atmosphere at a cost less than your typical chain hotel room amenities. servicing 11 to 22 suites rather than 100 to 200 hotel rooms well allow for a greater hospitality and guest services.
