Growth Strategy- Our company looks to start small and perfect simple business operation and production. We understand that the one thing that separates all Barbecue businesses is the SAUCE. Haitian Heat has made it a priority to start with our sauce. Our gourmet sauces made by hand in small batches, will provide our customers with a take home sample of the quality product our company provides. With a multitude of community meetings and gatherings, Haitian Heat looks to be a condiment option for any occasion. Haitian Heat will team with Mid-Coast Catering to further our outreach and product distribution. Our company will look to partner with a wide array of construction companies that pre-pay to provide a convenient option for their employees lunch breaks. Our primary hours of operation will be late nights (8pm-2:30am) at locations decided by our management team after adequate Research & Development is performed and analyzed. During Duluth’s high tourist season, Haitian Heat will look to have a presents during the most populous Twin Product or Service- Haitian Heat provides unique condiments from a homemade recipe. In the future, Haitian Heat will provide simple and convenient beef, pork and chicken meals cooked over a charcoal and hard wood blend without the use of fuel. We also look to research and experiment with vegan options to expand our customer base. Pricing Structure- Our pricing structure looks to be competitive, convenient and profitable. Keeping sauces under $10, and meals at an even $10-$20 price range with beverage options for $1. At this price, the need to provide change will be less necessary and make the transaction faster. Product/Service Life Cycle- While in the "Seed and Development" stages of our business lifecycle, Haitian Heat has and will continue to commit countless hours of Research and Development of both production and market. Intellectual Property Rights- Al Sands, Soul proprietor of Haitian Temptation LLC, has trademarked the names Haitian Temptation, Haitian Heat, and all intellectual content including recipes and logos. Research & Development- We will consistently conduct a hands on research of products, events, and sales opportunities with our board employees, and management team. No less than once a month we will conduct an in person analysis of our competitors, our efficiency, distribution zones, companies to cater, and up coming special events state wide

Northern Minnesota has very few locally produced, hand made condiment providers. -Jamrock cultural Restaurant (superior WI) is new with in the last year. -Duluth Grill Corp. -Whistling Bird in Hibbing Haitian Heat provides Sauces from a health conscious, Home Made recipe. Ingredients formulated by our owner, Professional Boxer and Fitness Coach, Al Sands. All of our products are hand made in Small batches to ensure a high quality, great and consistent flavor.
