I need to rewire the drying room and break down the wall so we can add more tables and dryers there . More grooming tables need to be added to the shop . The kennel area needs to fully be redone so we can fit more sweet babies in . I need to add a bathtub so we can bathe more dogs . All grooming stations still need mirrors so groomers can see there work from the behind and make sure everything is even on all ends . I need to purchase more dryers . The sign up front outside still needs to be changed to the correct name . I need to add our logo on our back big wall and front small wall. I have to purchase two laptops so we can have the schedule in the back to see as well and be able to answer phones from the back end as well . I have to add a small bench upfront for elderly clients to sit while waiting . The AC fully needs to be rewired and the water pressure in the building needs to be doubled , the Hot water needs to be added to the bathroom . I sold my house to buy this place and did the small remodel that I could afford to make the front end look very nice . I'm a full time single mom , I cant afford anymore loans or Bill's on top of everything I have everything to pay for .

My goal is since I've baught the place in Jan . First six months to have atleast 3 full time groomers. First year being open have 6 groomers in the shop. I do all the festivals in the area to get our name out on top of social media . We do raffles . Donate to Lancaster animal shelter. We will be number 1 in south Carolina! In the next 2-3 years I want a second location. Once I have 8 groomers and all employees are fully reliable I can finally pay them w-2 and afford to offer medical insurance. Have someone running the place and I over view it. My computer system can be activated from home on a laptop once I can afford internet at home and a laptop. In the second location follow the same order . Once we have our 8 groomers I can start doing small academy's were I can be a grooming instructor or hire a wonderful grooming instructor to teach 2-3 brand new people how to groom . Because the most successful people take the biggest risks. I'm a full time single mom that sold my house to buy this place . This business has bn opened for 20 years and stayed alive , just run with minimum effort to grow or do anything . I've been in the animal industry since 2008. Owning my own salon is a childhood dream. I ran a salon for a corporate before and did an amazing job. This company has a solid plan and the animal industry is blooming more every single year . We run a business, but yet its quality over quantity! If you bring quality work to all your clients your business will just keep growing. Customer service is key to any business. We are a family run business and always will be ! A leader leads by example to there peiers and that what I do everyday to my lively staff.

All paws grooming. Modern pet salon . Southern paws . I'm honestly not even worried! There are plenty of dogs to go around. if you provide customer service people will come back . You show them how much you care about there four legged child they will come back and multiply. We always take new clients. Our location is outstanding ! Every new clients gets 5$ off there first service. If we have to reschedule someone do to a groomer calling out , we offer 15%off out of courtesy. We as well offer 15% vet of police discount every time . We also are the only salon in town in festivals and we are the only ones that do raffles and donate to the local shelter .
