My company name is SC Home Services and we currently are licensed real estate agents, home inspectors, termite and pest control. I would like to continue to add on home services such as roofing and painting with the goal of one day being able to provide all services for a home from buying and selling to inspecting to repairs, termite control and general pest control. We will be able to make money no matter what with all the many services we will be able to offer...currently I am one of the few or only company providing both Home Inspection and termite Inspection in the state of SC.I am also one of the only company with a real estate, home inspection and termite pest control licence. If I add roofing and painting and full repair services I will have clients from all ends of what peopel need with a home

Self Identified Competition
My competitors can not offer what I do currently and I can distance my self further. Example no other companies that do home inspections can provide termite CL-100 inspections and vice versa. The other companies also charge more then what I do so I have volume business By having a real estate license I help the real estate agents to not have to be present to open doors making it where I can go and perform inspections or work with the ability to meet clients with out their agent having to come open the door which brings me more business
