I have spoken to merchants in the area who will lease lot space to me to park my food truck. Once the business is up and running and I have a better idea of overhead costs I plan to lease a small storefront in addition to the food truck. I am trying to create this business to become independent. I love the job I currently hold but would like to be my own boss and have a legacy to pass down to my children. I have a great support system and many consumers in the area ready to patronize my business.

Route 66 Food Truck, Don Tono and Wheelhouse are the top 3 competitors in my area. All three have a similar Mexican style menu and a large customer base. African American Entrepreneur which very minimal in the area where I live. My menu will be very different and fresh as opposed to my competitors who are all selling the same products, and my pricing will be on par for the type of menu I am promoting. Plus my hospitality, speed and efficiency will set me apart from the rest
