In the next five years, I plan to open 3 more offices in Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, and Fleming Island, Florida counties while employing a minimum of 20 to 25 employees. Investing in my business will further the cause of providing affordable and diligent representation to communities that will not otherwise have access. My law firm focuses on customer-based values to win lifetime clients and gain new clients through the satisfaction of current clients. I have the tools to succeed at managing a law firm. I spent years as a prosecutor, dependency attorney, and currently a family and estate planning lawyer. Outside of my legal experience, I have obtained a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University. I was recognized as a distinguished Master's student and was invited to join Beta Gama Sigma, an international honor society for business students. Through the mentorship of some of the most successful business owners in Florida, I have the ability to reevaluate any necessary changes in the business to maximize profits while remaining affordable.

My first competitor is Owenby Law, PA. Owenby Law is a family law firm that thrives on its marketing. Owenby Law spends thousands a month to be in the number one spot on google. Owenby Law expanded its visibility on other platforms such as AVVO and other legal platforms. Florida Women Law Group is another competitor that targets mostly women. Florida Women Law Group market themselves as the best family law attorneys for women only. They are transparent about how expensive they are, but the idea of competency has clients willing to pay. Zisser Law competes on the idea of credibility. Zisser Law was awarded the best law firm, best lawyers, great google reviews, and board-certified in family law. My firm competes on its prices as it is entering the market to build credibility and those great reviews. Unlike Owenby Law, PA., I plan to be more transparent with my prices for my services and utilize Affirm for financing options. Not only will my firm compete on credulity, like Zisser Law, but I plan to be more intimate with the community by engaging in community service and being more visible to the clients. Unlike Florida Women Law Group, my law firm is not limited to just women, but it is open to all genders.
