    Provided funding, we plan to purchase a food truck to streamline operations, increase inventory, add additional food storage, and purchase quality business insurance. At the conclusion of these financial goals Pork-N-Pistons will be able to successfully increase staffing and expand the business to a full time operation.

  • Business Plan

    We plan to grow our business by continuing to reach out to the local community. We have established a name in the Beach Grove area with our limited capability, and intend on setting up multiple concession locations by the end of the year. As revenue is generated, money will be re-invested into better equipment (food truck, smokers), with the intent on eventually purchasing a restaurant. Pork-N-Pistons is a family and veteran owned business. With more than 30 years of living around the Central Township area, the father/son business idea was put into action. Community outreach, integrity, and friendly service are at the core of our standards. After over 16 years of combined service to our nation, we would like to take the hospitality and patriotism that comes with BBQ, to families and friends around the Indianapolis area. Between the father, son, and mother, 5 jobs are worked to maintain the startup of Pork-N-Pistons. We currently can only operate four days a week due to financial constraints. With just a slight financial advantage, the family would be able to allocate and dedicate fully to the family business.

We stick to our military values in all aspects of civilian business. Treating every customer with the upmost respect, and ensuring that every product served has been prepared and cooked as though we were serving our own. Additionally, Pork-N-Pistons has the ability to operate for 16 hours a day, making it the most flexible BBQ in the city. Finally, every product sold is personal to us. Not a single menu item can be bought off the shelf. Pork-N-Pistons is dedicated to serving a product that is unique to our logo, and cannot be found anywhere else. From BBQ sauces to coleslaw, to hand selected wood that has yet to be split for smoking. Our process is one that cannot be reproduced without intense dedication.
