we will open 2 stores a year and higher 3 sales people per store. We will be giving away for free 25% of all products made to those who can't afford the medicine. The funds would be used for growth only, no backdebt or payout to managment. We have been in this industry for over 5 years. Our first store opened in 11/2018. We were selling in other retail stores and online prior. We all fully integrated. Farm, processing, whoelsale and retail. We have a federal trademark for CBD America and an international patent pending on a new product we developed. We believe we are leaders in this space.

Self Identified Competition
We do not have any competitors making the same products we do. 99% of all CBD companies are using isolate or distillate, we do not. We have a proprietary system that uses the entire plant including the roots, so you get the full benefit of all cannabinoids without the use of alcohol or co2. Dr Shuang Xie PhD is our president and oversees all products.
