Funding Usage
The funding for this grant will be used to operate a food automobile also known as a food truck. The food truck will allow for easy transfer of products and services. Also the food truck will be generally used for the public. We could offer our heroes a lunch special. These heroes are usually medical professionals, construction workers, fire fighters, police officers, government officials etc. The truck will only be limited for service when a customer request catering automobile services or request the whole operating truck for a public event. In addition, the funding will be used to pay for general supplies needed to operate a business on the daily such as gas/oil cleaning, and sanitation.

In the first two year of business, Kelsey's Kuisine will solemnly use the truck for catering services, public events, feeding our heroes and giving back to the community. In the third year, the truck would start traveling across the State of Maryland and beyond to deliver delicious Kuisine to the public. In the forth year, we would invest in a real estate property in Maryland to officially open our own doors to the public and in the final fifth year we would open up another chain restaurant outside the side of Maryland to continuously feeding the public. Self Identified Competition
My three competitors are Drive thru restaurants such as Chic-fil-A, Wendy's because they are known restaurants that are fast-service and offer the public options to pull around and order their food. In addition, Instacart, DoorDash and Uber eats because I would be new to their platform and some would not recommend my service because I am just starting out. Lastly, grocery stores such as Wal-Mart, Target, Shoppers and Giants because they offer a variety of meals for home-cooking families . I am different from competitors because of my menu . My menu is A la carte . A person can order a variety of different food items separately. In addition, all of my food is made to order; meaning that it is not made before hand. It freshly made each time from when the first person order to when the last order standing. Finally, I am different from my competitors because I am using fresh ingredients and produce, found in Maryland that can be used at your dinner table. Healthy and fun meals meant for a purpose of living.
