I would like to expand my business to hiring 4-5 assistant coaches who will help handle 100+ clients. I want to make health & fitness readily available for everyone and spread awareness of healthy living online. My main platform is Instagram but I would like to expand to Youtube, Tik Tok, and Linked in through the help of virtual assistants. Down the road, Engineered Healthy will become a restaurant establishment and community for individuals looking to connect with others who are passionate about constantly learning, progressing in fitness, and providing the best nutrients to their bodies. Because my idea is unique. There are many fitness coaches in the world who solely care about getting people 'ripped abs' or losing 20 lbs in a month but I aim to educate people on the sustainable daily habits that build success not only in your physical appearance but applies to all avenues of life. I graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering at Michigan State but took that drive for working hard to engineer the mind, body, & soul through healthy living. My goal is to help people find the balance of eating foods they love, loving their body, feeling energized, and truly living the life of their dreams instead of going through the movements. I set that example daily and will continue to do so every day of my life.

Herbalife or equivalent (unhealthy approach to losing weight) Other online fitness coaches (it is saturated, but many are in it for solely money) Beachbody or other video services for workouts I go beyond just workouts, training, meal plans, or 'hype' videos. I find why each client desires the outcome that they do, it typically digs deeper than simply wanting to look good. And then I go further. I help them develop a positive & success oriented mindset, find balance within their diet without giving up foods they love, and see progress in the gym and body weekly. I want to improve the quality of life in America and bring happiness to people regardless of what their start point is
