The purpose for requesting $15,000.00 funding is as follows: - To purchase a company vehicle that I may use for my mobile notaries and loan signing agents to get around. - To purchase software that will help my Spanish speaking staff to take English language classes during their employment with us. - So that I may hire more notary publics and train them using the latest up to date service provider software. - Also so that I may purchase 1-2 laptops for training and work purposes for my staff. - Last but not least, this funding would help us expand into an office space for operational purposes. - The development of an App that can be used to compete with regional competitors. - Unifoms for the staff.

Business Plan
Within the next 5 years, I plan on expanding the operations of this business to other parts of the country and territories. I plan on having between 50-70 employees at that point that can also speak various languages to better streamline the customer experience and transactions. In the state of Florida, Florida RONs (Remote Online Notaries) can notarize any Florida and Non-Florida resident located anywhere in the world, as long as the notary is physically located in the state of Florida at the time of the notarization and that the document being signed will be used in the US. Within the next 5 years, I also plan on creating a formidable management team that can take on day-to-day operations, marketing, research, law compliance, accounting, human resources and customer relations. Investors should invest in me because it is a great and new concept in the world of legal documentation. RONs are being used for more for notarizations every day and even more so in the middle of a pandemic where many customers are fearful and weary of going to a set location to have something notarized. What used to take 20-30 minutes in most cases can now be done in as little as 6-8 minutes using RONs. In my region of South Florida, there are a few mobile notaries but not many RONs. The service provider I use is Notrize.com and they have created a very easy to use software for quick notarizations. The great part is that RONs don't have to be tied down to just one service provider in Florida which make things a lot easier when complications arise. My company will be able to perform loan signings at a much faster and convenient speed as opposed to the generic in-person signing. All from the comfort of the customer's home or right from their smartphone. Since Remote Online Notarization is relatively new and cutting edge, it is a market definitely worth the investment, especially in Florida.
