Business Plan
Marketing, we created a website, Instagram, and Favebook. We plan on setting up HVSC service accounts with property management companies. Also, we plan on marketing more, vichelces, radio and commercials. We plan to hire 3 employees by year end. I am a motivated veteran with years of experience in the HVAC trade, as well as years of managing, work, budgets, customers and large havc projects from Samsung, HPE, Centurylink and Fujitsu.

Self Identified Competition
All local heating and AC companies who cater to residential and light commercial. Extreme Air, Rindah Air and Pacific Coast AC. They are msmall to medium size HVAC shops, but do not have our overall experience, with all HVAC industries. After 13 years in the Air Force, I understand quality, integrity and service before self. We want to provide a complete service, where we can cover all heating and air conditioning needs.
