Business Plan
I have built a name for myself in southern Columbus. They know me as Hana, the eyebrow and lashes expert, but I don't want to be on the frontlines forever, so I plan to train more estheticians on how to shape brows and apply eyelash extensions and have them carry-on my legacy. This will give more job opportunities to women in this community. I am passionate about what I do, and I have been through many hardships in my business but I keep on pushing through. I also help lower-income women in my area get well-paying jobs at my salon. Making women beautiful and independent drives me to keep on working hard.

Self Identified Competition
My salon has actually driven out many of our competitors in our area and now 13 years running, we do not have any prominent competitors near us. We have built a name for ourselves in the minority community in southern Columbus. We have a cult following almost. Even if people move hours away, they still return to Hana Beauty and Med Spa to get their beauty services. A lot of the time, we are fully booked all day.
