Self Identified Competition
I will be offering walk-in's and appointments in town, other competitor's are 45 to 50 miles out of town, and at my business my employees will be wearing a name badge and uniform coordinated when arriving for there shifts at the facility to represent my company, other competitors have no name badges or uniform coordination for there employees, when my employees are at any of the facilities when shifts are over my employees will stay for the next shifts and give the proper report for the next shift, other competitors employees leave without giving proper reports, my employees will be able to pick there shifts and hours they can work, other competitors don't allow they only give you shifts and hours that they want you to work, and how I know all of this information about the other competitors because I was one of there employees a couple of years ago so I have knowledge of what went on while I was working at different facility's that's how I know about the different competitor's. 1. Benefits package will be available 2. Pay will be better 3. My business is in town, walk- In's and appointments are accepted. 4. Name badge, employee meals, uniforms and professionalism are required with my business.
