Updating equipment to keep the machines running smoothly. Revise marketing techniques to gain new business. Once the amount of work gets higher I will hire additional employees to be able to work on more than one job at a time. There are not many companies in my area doing the work that I do and the opportunity for growth is great. There are more than enough jobs, it is just having the correct equipment to get the jobs done and that is where the bulk of the expenses come from.

Other small land clearing companies, tree services, and the people that just rent the equipment from a rental company for just one job. We have our prices competitive and rarely get beat out of a bid. We take pride in what we do and I tell my customers I do not get paid until the job is complete and done to your satisfaction. That way the customer tells me when they feel the job has been done and they do not have to worry about giving me a down payment and worrying if I will show back up or not.
