Funding Usage
We need new equipment to continue providing the individual boxed food to organizations. We also need funding to help hire more staff as our volume has increased and the pricing of food and boxes have also increased dramatically.

Business Plan
We are looking to expand into distribution into stores as well as providing packaged meals to hospitals and government organizations. We are also looking to hire a variety of positions and employ people within the dmv region. We have had a very successful first year of business and have gotten our name out to people around our area who are needing food. We are setting up yearly contracts with different corporate businesses in the area to provide food, but with that need the equipment and team members to complete all the orders. Also with our plan of expansion into distribution of packaged goods, we will be needing certain items that are costly but will also bring in about a 50% revenue once sold. We are continuing to grow and our projections show almost a 30% increase of growth this year alone.

Self Identified Competition
Our top competitors are Design Cuisine, Occasions Catering, and Restaurant Associations. All three of these companies are not only doing full service events, but also tapping into the individual meal sector. They have the funding behind them that we do not have, though we have made a name for ourselves already in this sector. We are a small women owned business that is trying to give the community what it really needs which is safe meals that they can enjoy without having to fear getting sick. We work with all different budgets of different places and also work with dietary needs of each individual. Our competitors are very rigid when it comes to their pricing, what they are willing to offer, and how it is packaged. We have flexibility and also deliver 24/7 throughout MD, VA, and DC. We work very closely with out other neighborhood businesses to try and use the products they are selling so overall we not only build our business but help other small businesses at the same time.
