Business Plan
This is our second store, much bigger than our first Flyboys Deli. We are a standout locally owned and operated small business. Many local mayors and businesses have asked us to develop a Flyboys in their communities, but we lack the funding to do so. This funding will help strengthen our financial status and prepare us for growth. We are a standout business that is often lauded as best in the community. The only thing we lack is funding to mature and grow. We have a vision for many more stores and potential franchise, with the right partner.

Self Identified Competition
Panera, Jason's Deli, MELT, BJs, Bravo, Chueys We can seat approx. 300 people and our lunches are killing it, we fill it up many days a week. Different story for dinner. Our first business is doing well in both lunch and dinner. What sets us apart is our great food at a great price as well as our Aviation theme and décor. We have an outstanding (but under utilized) bar. We need more advertising as we haven't had the funding to do so.
