We are planning to increase our residential repainting market from 2 painters to 6 painters which will allow us to increase the amount projects we can do from 65 a year to 195 jobs a year. We are also planning on expanding our reach into commercial repaint as well as custom home construction. This phase will allow us to employee 4-6 more employees and take on larger projects with higher returns. My family has lived in the Tampa Bay Area for close to 40 years and like my father and his father before him I have a passion for the building and maintaining of the building and comforts that we all enjoy. I have a passion for my community and have notice a serious decline in the quality and craftsmanship that our daily lives revolve around. I have developed a personal responsibility to change my community for the better. With 5 years experience as a painting contractor and business operations I have a “old fashioned American hard work” mentality that I feel is very much lacking in todays trade based jobs. My goal is to not only make a profitable business, but to also leave a legacy that my children and their children can be proud of.

Three of our main competitors are: Original Florida Painting Company, Paint Corp, and Crete Pro painters. Total Quality Painting is unique in that we provide a service that is based on values that are long forgotten. These three companies have all proven that they can make lots of money but do not share the most important part of what we do, and that is to serve our community with the skills we have. The cheap material, lack of professional knowledge of the trade and lack of respect for our community and the people they serve has driven me to build a company that is dedicated to honesty, integrity, and hard work. Our customers and community are important to us because this is where we live and where our children will live. Our competitors have been focused on lining their pockets and cutting as many corners as possible to get more instead of giving more.
