Business Plan
Build a website to show case my work, I been so busy helping other companies and trying to make sure im not late for my production I havent been able to put my business on the market just yet. To purchase the cnc machines to furder speed production and more accuracy, Market my company to local manufactures, also enrolling in the women owned small business federal contract program. I feel with the 12 years of experience in the industry plus all the years of managment under my belt, if I had the proper equipment I could build so much more then what I'm able to produce and take in lots of more work, not just marine upholstery but all kinds of upholstery. I got the motivation and the right people to do this with but I need some financial help to be able to achieve this faster. Im hoping in the future I could open a second division to provide other upholsters that need the space to create but don't have the means to be able to do so. In the past 6 years I been building relationships with some boat companies, we worked together and I was able to help them achieve their own goals for their companies. Due to my effords and hard work Edgewater Power Boats have given me the opportunity to be able to open my own company and build for them 5 differnt models of boats and hopefully earn more soon. In September 2021 I started Boston Whaler Boat brand new upholstery shop, they never had an upholsery department before and I was choosen. They hire me to set them up with all the equipment needed for an upholsery shop, to train new people in different areas of the upholstery, and to make sure they had all the raw materials needed. After making sure they had 4 full boats in production and well standing with a good crew I was able to let them go to then focus in my business. Boston Whaler has just reached out to Sew Beautifull Pholstery for some work with them as well.

Self Identified Competition
Since I been in the industry for about 13 yrs now, I know personally a few upholstery shops. Giogia sales its one of the biggest competitions I may have but we have a great relationship. The owner Pat and his manager JP actually have helped me answer questions I had in the past, I got to they business once in a while or they welcome in mines. They helped me learn in different areas I still was ignorat on. Edgewater Power Boats and Boston Whaler Boats are competition from eachothers but yet knew I was helping both and they helped me on my company with lots of guidence amd inventing on me to be able to help them. I feel we all need to hold eachothers hands to grow, we don't need to be against one another. Im sold the first sewing machine to Double dd's Upholsery here in Daytona. RoseMary the owner and I used to work together but she wanted to have her own upholstery so, I helped her not just by selling her a machine but also setting her up with all kinds of vendors for her business to start. In order for everyone to grow we need to help eachother. Any time any Boat company needs my help I dot hesitate on pooring knowlage.
