Business Plan
Due to the location of business, there are very limited opportunities for the public to shop for our foreseeable inventory. We already own the land and business sight; therefor minimum infrastructure will be required for startup. Our future goals consist of a fully functional horticulture emporium, grow on sight, farmers market, beehive induction and relocation, and to assist with veteran transition and welfare. Along with my lifelong dream of providing the opportunity for the general public to be able to enjoy horticulture and agriculture, I have had an outstanding military and private business career. I personally believe my will (as well as spouse's) and my passion is the strongest attributes to this investment. We have location (major highway), property is already zoned for commercial use, and public interest (through word of mouth). As well we have multiple wholesale nurseries with in surrounding areas for inventory as well as acreage for growth.

Walmart Tractor Supply Zimmers Nursery We are family/veteran owned establishment with great location. Zam's Bees will be an intimate family setting with native knowledge of our inventory. Unlike big box stores we grow most of our inventory on our own location therefor offsetting overhead. My spouse and me will be the fulltime startup employees with the main interest of hiring a veteran staff.
