This would pay off the building loan - allowing the extra $200 per month to be used towards saving for needed repairs to the building that otherwise would not take place (insulating greenhouse office, new roof over the gym, asphalting the drive).

Business Plan
I plan to replace the 2 rental garages on the West side of the building with living spaces for rent. We are currently renovating part of the building to expand the gym - as our members are continuing to increase by the month. We provide learning opportunities in the greenhouse about growing your own produce at home and provide adjusted fitness membership prices to those with low incomes to help them seek out a healthier lifestyle. I hope that our impact in the community can last, inspiring positive change to anyone that crosses our path.

Self Identified Competition
Anytime fitness in Oskaloosa (we've taken several members from them due to our more reasonable prices and easy cancellation policy) and STAMS Greenhouse in Oskaloosa (they have a much larger operation). Anytime fitness being a large chain and STAMS turning into a big box store makes our family owned business feel more personal - when the owner of the building is the one in direct contact with its customers on a daily basis.
