Rabbit | Application Preview

Rabbit is applying for government grants to support various initiatives aimed at expanding its operations. The funding will be allocated for purchasing mobility units, constructing a storage facility compliant with local regulations, and developing marketing efforts, employment opportunities, and obtaining legal services.

In the next three years, Rabbit plans to engage with other cities, targeting a growth strategy to establish a presence in communities within a 25-50 mile radius by year five. The founder emphasizes a community-centric approach, ensuring that the company tailors projects to meet local needs, with a mission to uplift smaller, economically challenged cities by creating jobs and providing mentorship.

The competition landscape includes major companies like Bird, Lime, and Tier Mobility, which primarily focus on larger urban markets. In contrast, Rabbit aims to carve out a niche by serving smaller cities and emerging areas in Michigan, positioning itself to meet the specific demands of these communities while its competitors concentrate on metropolitan regions.

  • Business Plan

In the next 3 years I plan on reaching out to other cities. By year 5 I plan on having Rabbit grown into other communities in a 25-50 mile radius. I will personally look at there community and base any Rabbit project off what the community feel it needs and to base the company off growing smaller cities into bigger locations. I would like to bring small poverty cities up, and grow, create job, and show mentorship.

  • Self Identified Competition

U.S wise the company Bird is #1 at #2 there is Lime at #3 there is Tier Mobility. These companies are U.S based but, they are not Michigan based. My service will be offered to small cities and the upcoming trailblazers of this and next century, when my competitors focus on bigger cities and states.
