Business Plan
My business plan is to attend as many large events as possible. Traveling across the U.S. and selling at established venues, which have 200,000 or more attendees, Renaissance Festivals, Viking Festivals, Highland games and Celtic festivals, Holiday markets, Open Air Markets, etc... My business was growing beautifully prior to Covid, I have an established business with clientele from all over the country. The more events I am accepted into the easier it is to get invited into others. I have been invited and accepted into certain venues that are extremely hard to get into. I will grow the business this way in the open market and then sell to repeat customers through my online store. I will build my online venues to meet consumer demand. As the business grows I will hire professional employees for specific jobs, such as marketing and advertising, social media, etc..., as well as employees to work in the shop manufacturing. My niche artistic, book business has grown through my talent as an artist, along with my ability to know what the customer wants and how to appeal to them while evolving along the way, keeping my art fresh and new. I offer something, which is highly unique and original, using the historic method of book binding combined with artistry. I'm always the "only" one of my kind doing events like these. While there are others making hand sewn books, none are of the caliber of which mine are, none are one-of-a-kind functioning works of art, which inspire book lovers, readers, writers, and artists of all sorts to pick up a pen and begin writing, whether for self expression, fantasy works, traveling, poetry, drawing, hence, bringing back the essence of what it means to authentic your own thoughts feeling and ideas, nostalgia at it's best. My goal is to offer my creative items to as many people out there as possible, and at one point just being able to do the designing alone, which means opening up jobs to those who need and want to work in a creative company that is always one-of-a-kind and not manufacturing commercially made disposable copies. Obtaining the freedom to hire other artisans and artists, as well as the aforementioned areas of expertise. Therefore, turning the business into a fully functioning company that keeps the meaning of creativity in the forefront. A place where people will want to work and be allowed to express themselves, even advancing by allowing other artists credit for their ideas and manufacturing those ideas as well.

Self Identified Competition
Honestly, I have no competitors. Unless one considers people who are just cutting leather and sewing books together. I design and get highly creative with my work, in every way--no one else has anything like what I do. It's a unique niche I discovered after wanting to purchase a journal for my fantasy writing works. I could finding nothing that inspired me so I made my own and people began commission me to make them. Prior I was in the leather business making hunting and archery gear and handbags. As stated, I have no real competitors. I would hope investors would wish to invest in because I offer something different than what anyone else is offering, it's an idea as well as an item. The idea of nostalgia in appearance and having a book to hold and write in which inspires and encourages self expression--something you can't find on the selves of book stores--boutique unique.
