Business Plan
Year 1 = Beta test, launch, implement marketing plan and social media influencer growth strategies to obtain 25-50K users. Year 2 = Roll out version 2.0, and expand to different countries with a goal to reach 100k users. Year 3 = Establish corporate sponsorships (companies are already identified) and leverage to appeal to a larger audience. Also capitalize on any opportunities or partnerships that will be good for visibility and growth. Year 4 = Roll out version 2.1, market via all established channels, and aim for 1M users. Also this year, I want to add in user monetization, and allow the most popular users to earn money via ad revenue sharing. If we exceed our growth margins we can actually implement this in year 3. Year 5 = Look for an exit via acquisition or IPO. My team is comprised of winners, who through our own journeys, have accomplished amazing things despite the many adversities that presented themselves. We literally don't know what it means to quit. Two years later, here we are still exploring how to make this vision a reality. What makes this even more important to us is that each of us have a personal relationship with dance, and have been students of it since we were little. We've all seen how the power of dance can transcend age, gender, color, sexual preference, and even cultures. It has a power to unite. This app is about more than just another social media platform, its about connection, community, and the fun and excitement of competition. With all of the other talents that dancers have to compete with on other platforms, we want to create a space where they can shine to their fullest potential, and connect individuals from around the world. We are passionate, we are capable, and we are ready! It would be more risky not to invest in us.

Self Identified Competition
We only have one direct competitor called "Dance Fight". Their only functionality is to conduct dance battles and dance competitions. They have been in existence going on 5 years, they have a little over 5k users, and are available in 30+ countries. They also have a celebrity endorser. We actually spoke with the CEO of Dance Fight, because he wanted to see if there was an opportunity to partner, but our visions were night and day. The following is a list of features our app will offer that they don't: 1) The ability to comment on dance battles, 2) the ability for users to conduct tutorials, 3) dancer networking, 4) trending content, 5) dance tiers, 6) monetization for the users. With your investment we can also close the GAP of having a celebrity endorser as well.
