We will carve a niche in the market with our online presence and brand. The brand will become synonymous with quality & sustainability and grow popular due to our asian fusion flare we put on our signature Italian, Mediterranean, and American South menus. Charleston is one of America's leading tourist destinations. It's become increasingly difficult for restaurants to keep up with consumer demand considering the high cost to operate and the increasingly popular "designer dining" that we're seeing permeate food culture today. Cane Bay Kitchen is looking into the future with our private chef & catering concept. We travel to our customers and perform a 4-course plated meal that can rival any fine dining restaurant in the Low-Country. Chef Jake White is charismatic, knowledgable, and no doubt passionate about creating an experience that leaves guests motivated to question what we're eating and how it gets to our plates.
