Funding Usage
This market has become extremely competitive. We will use this money to upgrade existing equipment, and purchase more equipment so we can offer more services. Upgrading our equipment will allow us to contract commercial customers in addition to our existing residential customers, and new equipment will allow us to add services to our portfolio such as snow removal. We will also need to increase marketing to the commercial side, and explain our additional services to new and existing customers.

Business Plan
We plan to contract more commercial customers, and start offering more services such as snow removal that will allow us to work year round. We plan to hire additional staff, and eventually add 1-2 more fleets, so we can have multiple projects going at the same time. We have been in business almost 7 years, and have increased profits every year. We pride ourselves on carrying no debt, and making sure we are running as efficiently and financially responsible as possible. We are always looking for ways to help the community, which include, assisting the elderly with their yard cleanups, and providing services at no charge when a great need is brought to our attention. We have become a trusted name in our community, and want to continue to be the reliable one stop shop our customers know us for.

Self Identified Competition
Our competitors are the large name landscaping companies in our area. They have access to alot more funding than we do, are able to market to larger areas, and have alot of employees, so can get to jobs quicker. Ryan Lawn & Tree Horizon Lawn and Landscape Heartland Turf and Landscape Because we are a smaller business, we know our customers very well, and they know us. They can reach us by text anytime they need to. We know their names and their kids names, and what activities they're involved in. They know when we're working, we'll stay an extra 10 minutes to have a glass of lemonade with them, or let them vent about their long week. We get Christmas cards from many of our customers. The larger companies see customers as a number and a dollar sign. It is no big deal to them to overcharge for a project, or cancel on someone last minute.
