Funding Usage
to pay off MCA loans we thought was our only hope and to pay off high interest equipment loans so our weekly revenue is re-cooped. We are a great company with great employees that provide great services. Since no significant snow has fallen this year, we have smaller funds coming in and these MCA loans are creating a financial burden on us. I would like to have a monthly payment that we can manage or any help you can provide , to keep us moving in the right direction. We have gained 32 more contracts for the upcoming March through December time, we just need help to get through.

Business Plan
We have the correct balance with Commercial clients and residential and gained 32 more contracts. We are actually doing great in this aspect. We tried to get funds for equipment in the last 2 months but failed other than these MCA loans. Not a big fan due to the amount of interest and they are daily/weekly payments. This is hurting us currently, but it seemed like the only option at the time to cover the newly inquired contracts. Please check us out at www.tandsservicesllc.com , as we are doing great. We are a great company offering a great service and trying to keep pricing fair for the consumers. We are struggling with the rise of fuel cost and payroll , but we are a great company looking for help to get out of these MCA loans and want to consolidate this debt in this slow season. Usually we have 3-4 good size snow storms by now to increase our revenue , but mother nature has not provided our area with such, so far this year.

Self Identified Competition
My top 3 competitors are Williams Landscaping ( 25 years in business ) which gives us there overflow jobs due to our reputation. They are a 15 million dollar company. ACLS landscaping is a company that we actually work together on snow jobs to help cover each other with breakdowns and such, that is an equal company to us. Protech Landscape is a local company that has a decent following but we so far we are listed # 2 on google ( without paying google for it ) and I classify T & S Services LLC # 2 in our area. We are up front and honest with the consumer and stick to our quotes. We go above and beyond on all jobs to make sure customer is satisfied. We are fairly priced and are in constant contact with our customers. We provide annual Gifts of appreciation to our customer base with our logo on them. Last year we supplied our residential clients with tumblers with our logo and contact info on them. We are gaining traction on this trade and looking to be Number 1 in our area within the next 5 years.
