Funding Usage
We are in a rural area where families long to have something like we are wanting to do. there is nothing within 100 miles of us and so many communities would benefit from this. We would have 4H events and a place for all ages to practice and learn. Events to help with expenses of the facility as well as just many learning experiences for others that would not have it. We have held out door events at our location and have been asked many times to do something like this as the need is so high we just are not in a position to afford this large of a project. Numerous members of the community have suggested that we apply for a grant to help out the communities around us. We also have a disability riding club that would utilize the facility and many others.

Business Plan
Our oldest son is currently a Senior in High School and will be attending a 2 year collage in agriculture so that he is able to come back and help with the horse business adding another person to the training and everyday aspect. We are in hopes to be adding our own roping cattle which will also produce calves that will be sold each year instead of paying to lease the cattle. We will be having many Team roping's, Clinics, and outside activities that will grow the business. We have several organization's that would utilize the facility which would help grow the business as well. Bringing in more horse to train and having 2 able to do this will play a big role. Dieter Performance Horses has always been a honest business with integrity to go with it. Our family has worked hard to build to where we are. In July of 2020 my husband was crushed by a horse putting us in a position of having to sell what we had and restart. We now have 2 sons in the position of helping us as well and our community is ready to see a project like this happen. There is nothing like this anywhere close to us. We are listening and people are wanting a place for themselves and their children to be able to go and grow and learn as a family and that is what we have to offer. Some events yes, will bring in some profit but the facility would also be available for others at no cost. With my many years as a insurance agency owner and business background I feel that I am also a large asset to what we are wanting to accomplish. Dieter Performance Horses has a lot to offer with the right facility. Our local 4H members would be able to be in doors when they currently only have a our door facility. We have several therapeutic riding groups that would utilize the facility, FFA groups would be able to do projects, young and old would learn about agriculture and the amazing western lifestyle that Nebraska offers.

Self Identified Competition
Currently there is a facility in Kearney Ne, Lexington Ne and Grand Island Ne and to my knowledge they do nothing like what we are wanting to offer and the cost to use the facility is astronomical to where they are just not utilized like they should be. We are different from other facilities as we offer many more events, and options and the price to attend or use the facility would be little to none depending on the event.
