We currently do not have competitors. We intend to take advantage of that opportunity being an up and coming business. We retain the “human” aspect with all transactions. Real estate involves a lot of numbers but we have to maintain the human aspect and negotiate with the seller with regards to their needs and ours so that there’s a win-win situation.
