  • Business Plan

YEARS 0-2 Consultations and partnering for non-profits to assist their clients to maintain safe housing. Retrofit current public housing for residents to remain active in their communities. Add architects and .contractors to the team to maintain the charm of Louisiana homes. Mobile show room for community centers, community events and private showings. YEARS 2-4 Additional ECHM Occupational Therapists who will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing home modification plans, and providing education and training. Provide consultations for public spaces in Louisiana. Hire administrative staff to handle scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks. Meeting the accessibility needs of the our community can assist people to maintain long-standing residency in their home with their families and continue active community living, enter/exit for MD visits to maintain their health and safely exit in case of emergencies within the home. If these needs are not met, this could lead to avoidable incidents such as accidents in the home, hospitalizations, and potential death. With the funding assistance, residents can safely live and enter/exit in their homes. I am working for the people of my state to stay in their beloved homes, to maintain relationships with their families and communities to ensure better quality of life.

  • Self Identified Competition

Those national “competitors” that would provide the services in other areas, do not appear active in Louisiana. I can say this with conviction, as I have been consistently sought out by non-profit organizations and residents of Louisiana to assist clients to find funding and services for ramps and other home modifications needs. Those organizations also have waitlist that does not meet the needs of residents during their times of urgency/need. I have no waitlist for those needing ramps after traumatic events or impending surgeries. I can assist these clients during their times of urgency for home accessibility/safety.
