Business Plan
I plan on having external offices with hiring for management roles in different regions in GA teaching financial literacy. I will have business vehicles intended for transportation of clients with decals intended to market/promote the business. We will have a large social media following and will host big quarterly seminars to teach financial literacy/planning, technology and real estate education. My business is intended to teach individuals about financial literacy and planning, get more people to become home owners through credit and real estate education and seminars, which would increase the quality of GA neighborhoods in the long term. The more of us who are equipped with this knowledge, the more home owners we’ll have in Atlanta and other cities, increasing the value or our households and neighborhoods.

My top 3 competitors would be Aristotle Investments, Earn Your Leisure, and The Strat. My business is different from my competitors because we take a more personal approach in teaching financial literacy. All my members have my personal number and can contact me directly. I offer each of my members/customers a free consultation ($250 value) where I address every question or concern they could have, with a recorded screenshare they keep for future coaching and education. When we expand they will have a regional manager to address their direct issues but will still have access to contact me directly should they need to. I plan on keeping this same business model as we expand.
