Since I started the gym in 2008, I have spent thousands of my own money to get where it needs to be...now I need to replace more of the equipment, update the parking lot, change the lighting to more efficient lighting, correct the heat issue (currently using wall heaters), improve the security system and upgrade the swipe system.

Business Plan
I want to add a classroom for classes, add windows for improved "mood", improve the TV's for the cardio area, build an outdoor walking track, put in an outdoor pullup and dip area and keep promoting the gym. Because I am a former Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps and I don't quit. I want our small town to have a gym they are proud of, that the coaches, athletes, citizens can brag about and get their friends and relatives to join and have a healthier life style.

Self Identified Competition
Local gym in Caruthersville, New Madrid and Campbell MO. They try to get their citizens to workout there and when they come to Swede's Gym they all tell me "we had no idea it was this nice". Veteran owned, we have the equipment that college and military personnel are use to. We provide free advice, we help ensure you are doing the workouts properly and we encourage all races and sexuality to join Swede's Gym!
