Business Plan
Will be offering live stallion breading for quarter horse, and gaited horses. Offering horse boarding, will like to develop unused land for growing hay crops for company use, and sale. Will initially offer consignment sales for used tack and equipment. In talks with new saddle makers in Colorado to offer their saddles for sale. Will expand to accommodate special needs children and adults for riding programs, and offer riding lessons to adults and children. Will also be clearing the surrounding area that we own so customers can ride on clear trails. There is a need in our community for covered and protected from the elements for equestrians of all kinds to ride in inclement weather. Whether it is just for fun, and to give their horses a work out. Or for the roping and reigning crews to practice for upcoming events and shows. For 4H kids to prepare for the spring and summer programs. We will also be leasing this facility to groups who want to have their own events like kiddy rodeo, pony parties, weddings (yahoo cowgirl), or any event that needs to be under cover.

Self Identified Competition
Albion College, Albion Mi Rosebud, Bellevue MI Teetor Equestrian, Parma MI First, our facility will be open to all breeds, and styles of riding at an affordable cost. For example: Albion College is a private teaching school not open to the public. Rosebud only caters to the quarter horse barrel racing crowd, and you have to provide your own horse for lessons. Teetor will board any horse, but doesn't allow paying customers to use the indoor arena UNLESS it is hurricane/blizzard conditions. They do not offer lessons. The purpose of our facility is to give the public and AFFORADABLE option to train in a comfortable environment. We have our own lesson horses, and special needs trained horses and pony's. We will also be able to offer safe outdoor trails (soon) which most riders enjoy.
