Expansion of livestock diversity, increase local Floridian fruits and vegetables, integrate new irrigation system for crops planted, build green houses for planting operations year round, increase local presence in farmers markets and fairs. Increase wood working equipment to produce higher quality crafts with more efficiency than using current tools. Increase social presence for E-commerce sales for both entities of business ( selling home made crafts, livestock and crop produce. Higher new staff to incorporate business model of growth. Purchase more agriculture property to expand farming aspect of business Investors should invest into our small business as statistics show more and more consumers are looking for more organic/farm fresh product outside of their local grocery stores. We are centrally located in the hub of the ever growing Pasco County Florida, 33 miles North of the Tampa area neighborhoods. We will working to the local educators in teaching the youth of the area on how to grow and produce your own crops, along with educating them on how to grow their business venture. Between the President and the Vice- President of the company we have combined over 30 years of Marketing and Sales Experience in the hospitality industry. We are using this knowledge and skills to grow our business and become the top producers in the area.

Self Identified Competition
A simple Google search for top 3 local farms show farms in Hudson, Brooksville and Dade City. With the exception of the Hudson location ( sells B2C blueberries only) the other competitors sell B2B and only selected items. Out of those competitors we are the only company located in the Spring Hill area, which holds the major farmer market.
