Shabazzels LLC | Application Preview
Shabazzels LLC is seeking government grants to support their business growth, specifically to make a down payment on a property for remodeling before selling it for a profit. Additionally, the funds will be allocated to enhance marketing efforts for their electronics.
The business plan outlines a five-year strategy that includes expanding investments in real estate and establishing a storefront to sell electronics and other products.
Shabazzels LLC highlights its strong track record, having successfully sold two properties last year for over $340,000 and generating retail sales profits exceeding $6,000 monthly. A key advantage in real estate is the owner’s ability to handle many repairs themselves, along with connections to reliable and cost-effective contractors.
While acknowledging the competitive landscape in real estate, the application notes the intense competition among real estate investors. In contrast, the electronics market presents limited competition, with Shabazzels offering lower prices than competitors. The business's competitive edge lies in reducing rehabilitation costs through self-repair work and bulk purchasing, enabling lower product prices.
Overall, the application makes a strong case for funding approval based on past successes and strategic plans for growth in both real estate and retail sectors.

Funding Usage
I will use the funds to put a down payment on a property and remodel it before selling the property for a profit. I also can invest more into marketing my electronics.
-
Business Plan
In the next 5 years, I will invest in more real estate. I will also get a storefront and sale my electronics, and more goods. Investors should invest in me because I have been successful in real estate and retail sales in the last few years. I sold two properties last year grossing over $340k. My retail sales profits over 6k a month. My advantage in the real estate business is me knowing how to fix on the properties myself and I know the right general contractors and affordable labor.

Self Identified Competition
In the real estate business, I don’t know. Its alot of real investors. In the electronics field. All my competitors prices are higher than mine. I dont have much competition. In the real estate, I spend less in property rehabilitation because I can do alot of the work. In electronic sales, I invest alot at once for a cheaper price so I can sell my products cheaper than my competitors.
