Business Plan
We plan to grow our business by expanding the services we offer. We are currently operating as a grooming service and would like to branch out and add boarding services for our customers. We plan to add to the capacity of our boarding every year for the next 5 years. Within 5 years, an expansion on our customer/client base, with a goal to add employees, grow the grooming business and expand the boarding facility. To coincide with the boarding addition, we would also be offering doggie daycare, Monday-Friday, which provides an option for dog owners to drop off their pets for the day to run errands, go to work, or just to burn off some energy. We believe in Barkaritaville and have invested our own personal time and money in a business that has grown and will continue to grow. The reality is this, if there is human life, there will always be the need and desire to have a furry friend as a companion. We plan to offer services to pet owners that are exceptional and always consistent. Any pet owner wants the ability to drop their pets off with someone they can trust, those who will love their furry family members as much as they do.

Most of our competitors offer only one type of service. We plan to offer multiple services at one convenient location. Our facility staff is recognized by reputable and certified organizations, such as the AKC.
