Jagerhaus restaurant | Application Preview
Jagerhaus restaurant is applying for government grants to cover essential operating costs such as rent, utilities, supplies, and payroll. The business has recently invested in updates to both the restaurant's storefront and backyard seating, alongside general advertising efforts. The owners are optimistic that the economy will improve and that the prices of supplies will decrease in the future, as they are currently facing high costs and limited ability to raise menu prices.
The restaurant emphasizes the plight of the industry, noting that many establishments are struggling, and all deserve support. The owners work six days a week and are dedicated to keeping their employees, who have families, supported during tough times.
In terms of competition, Jagerhaus is a German restaurant and beer garden situated in a neighborhood, located about 10 miles from similar establishments. Its location is not in a high-traffic area, yet it enjoys positive customer reviews and loyalty.
The competitive edge lies in the owners' commitment to delivering a personal touch. They pride themselves on building relationships with customers, treating them like family, which distinguishes them from other dining options. The owners' hands-on approach, particularly highlighted through the warmth and authenticity of the wife, fosters a welcoming atmosphere that resonates with patrons.

Business Plan
Invested in the restaurant to update, storefront update, backyard for seating general advertising, and hopefully economy will get better and supplies will go down in price as you know right now supplies are extremely expensive and there’s only so much you can raise prices Every restaurant that I know of is suffering they all deserve a grant, including myself. We work six days a week this point we’re basically staying here waiting for better times. Meanwhile, we have employees that have families that we known for a long time they need to survive as well as us.

Self Identified Competition
Competition for our restaurant which is a German restaurant and beer Garden is basically far away maybe 10 miles to the west 10 miles to the east. This is a neighborhood restaurant it’s not located on high traffic area or reviews. always good. We have no complaints people love the food there’s just not enough traffic coming in like it was before Covid. That’s a good question me and my wife are owners and we are hands-on. We take care of our customers one on one we let them know who we are our history where we come from we basically take care of our customers as anybody would take care of their family in their own home, my wife is especially loved. She is not a fake. She’s a real down to earth woman.
