We will employ a team of qualified and professional staff to ensure all aspects of operation run smoothly and at the highest level. A team of experienced and certified wilderness guides will be hired to deliver guided experiences for guests and are vital to delivering educational and enriching experiences in addition to our quality hospitality. All staff will also be trained in areas such as customer service, hospitality, health and safety, and sustainability.We want to achieve break-even point within 12-18 months and reach profitability within 24-36 months. The resort will target high-end customers to maximize profitability.
