Business Plan
In 5 years I would like to see my business as a staple for holistic wellness, by having the opportunity to hold classes , plan retreats, offer acupuncture, just an all around place for spiritual awakening with the ability to franchise. Health is wealth , and I feel that people are really getting in tuned and more conscience with what they put in their bodies, and how they take care of it. The treatments that I offer focus on healing you internally to externally. In order to have overall wellness we have to start with what helps us function- like our organs. I believe investors should invest in my business because this is a practice that is life-changing. There’s so many different conditions that go on in the world that involve our health. Skin being one of the major organs protects us, and also act as a barrier to a lot of environmental stressors. The concept of looking old is starting to fade as people take more care and more control over their bodies ,their health, and their minds. Having a holistic wellness spa covers all bases because you’re able to incorporate so many different practices that can target certain ailments ,pain, or mental uncertainty.

Self Identified Competition
My top three competitors would be canyon ranch day spa, Waldorf Astoria day spa , and The spa at the Red Rock Casino. All located in Las Vegas , Nevada. What they all have in common are their big names, and tourist attraction. They aren’t personal, with so many clientele in and out it’s not focused on results, more like temporary escapism. My Business is different from my competitors because I focus on results and it’s more personal with me being such a small business that I can give my attention and time to actually aid in the clients needs. I also feel that being a local and having a business within the community is a great way to give back and to show who I am as a person and as a Brand. The skills that I offer are unparalleled to the ones that are offered at their day spas. They do have a few holistic treatments , but our spa menus are completely different with the type of healing treatments that I would offer at my location.
