    Most of it will be used on the marketing campaign and bringing electricity in the field. I spoke with the electrical engineer and it will cost $17,000 to $20,000 to install the transformers and bring down the electric. I want to put up billboards on I77, I79, and Hwy 50 which is all within a 50 mile radius. I will also be setting up signs every five miles along highway 47 which is what the acreage is on. II will be doing 2000-5000 flyers and another 10,000 posters. Then I have Direct Mailing through the ppost office for marketing 10,000 postcards right to potential customer's doors.

    I would like this business to grow by expanding within the site itself. Getting the community involved and offering jobs to the neighbors. I will be needing the help from parking attendant to cashier. I will continue to grow as I promote the event to nearby artists and crafters. This will go on every weekend, Thursday through Sunday, April Through October. I plan to grow by encouraging new Antique dealers to come and set up, as well as flea market vendors and yard salers. There isn't a competition near me for 50 miles. I have 100% payback rate. Yes, my score is low right now, and that is because I am over extending on my credit cards while waiting to work with an investment opportunity. But, I always pay my debts and pay them on time. I just haven't been able to put any extra during this pandemic year.

    There are only two that I have found. Rinky Dinks about 50 miles north of here and one in Summersville, WV which is 65 miles south of here off of I79 Both of the flea markets I mentioned are indoor. I will be in open air and will be properly spaced via the state guidelines.
