The Koala Experience goal is to market retail office services at a reduce cost. In the next five years, TKE ultimate goal is to have multiple multifunctional facilities that will house multiple services and offices within the inner-city community. Space will include an area for meetings, conferences, and career training. Space dedicated for primary students to utilize the internet. Retail space for customers needing basic print, copy, and scan services. Computer zone for customers to utilized on a limited basis. Due to the government office closures and limiting resources in the inner city limits due to COVID-19, there is a need for retail office services within the communities. TKE seek to bridge the gap by providing a combination of retail, career, and educational support services at a reduced cost. The Koala Experience has an opportunity to provide exceptional retail services and outreach programs to low income communities. Our mission is to make sure those who need basic office services can access it without the burden of high prices. The Koala Experience understands low income communities need for more retail services such as printing, copying, technology, and career services. Access to these services can assure the unemployed and consumers get the help they need to better their livelihoods. With much of schools becoming virtual, parents are having to shoulder the burden of additional technology costs, The Koala Experience can help ease the stress by providing a school safe zone that will allow students to utilize computers and Wi-Fi. Through the proper channels of marketing, TKE will be able to service communities in need.

TKE Retail competitors are UPS stores, Office Depot, and The Texas Workforce Solution. The Koala Experience is a company targeting low income communities. TKE is making it affordable for people thats facing financial hardship to get access to basic services such as faxing important paperwork, copying documents, and printing information. In addition to the basic office services, TKE will provide basic career services such as job training, notary services, and resources for the unemployed. TKE will also provide technical services such as internet access, and computers for students who do not have these services at their homes.
