Business Plan
I am currently working on establishing my clientele. We are working on creating a website where clients can book. After 6 months, I plan on adding printing services, so clients can purchase their pictures. After a year I would like to expand my studio and hire additional Co-op students . This way they will have a designated area once they are done with school . Their position will start off in the studio, where they will learn office work( scheduling appointments, responding to inquires, making phone calls, taking payments ect. ) ,they will also learn to edit picture. This will be a great opportunity for aspiring graphic designers and photographer. I want to help them accomplish their goals through my business. I do want to note I currently have one cop-op hire but I would like to add additional co-op positions within the next year. By investing in my business you are investing in our community and the future of our new working class . My business works along side many families in our local area, we are given the opportunity to make a difference in these families lives. Which are an important part to our community. I believe if we empower individual families, we are creating a better community. I have created a business plan to prepare my employees for their next milestone in their careers. As a leader of my business, I feel it is my obligation to offer the children of my community an opportunity to learn and build on their skills.

Self Identified Competition
Photo illusions- They mainly do special event photography . They are an establish photography business and voted number 1 photographer in Racine! (yes I already plan on taking this title) Sealed with a kiss- She is located in the Kenosha area and specializes in studio photography. Anais photography- She is about my age, we have mutual clients, and similar style work. My business offers options for every client and employee. I am able to offer everything my competitors offer, plus the experience you will receive from booking with me . The mission my business has is to empower our youth and community.
