Funding Usage
Expansion and adding speech therapy and physical therapy to help parents so that they do not have to travel elsewhere for speech or physical therapy in addition to our specialized occupational therapy. Also, I would like to have alternative funding sources for patients who cannot afford co-pays, etc.

Business Plan
I am completing a Management & Efficiency course that takes a year to complete. This course is geared toward business owners such as myself who are therapists AND own a business. I already have established a stable and unique niche so we currently have a steady source of referrals without ever advertising (all by word of mouth). However, with a little advertising and by adding other disciplines such as speech and physical therapy, we should not have difficulty filling schedules and helping more children and families with our unique services. Investors need to know that no other clinics offer services like ours. We utilize a sensory integration (SI) frame of reference that addresses children's underlying, foundational difficulties so we get amazing improvements in children's behaviors as well as physical coordination, socialization, confidence, etc. that others do not. We get families (who do their homework) from out competitors all the time as they are not seeing results. We can not utilize our competitor's evaluations or progress reports as they are incomplete and insufficient so we always have to complete our own thorough evaluation to first identify all the underlying issues that cause delays, behavioral concerns etc., and then we treat utilizing Ayres Sensory integration frame of reference.

Self Identified Competition
Our top 3 competitors are: 1. AZOPT (Kids Place) 2. Team 4 kids 3. Therapy Tree All 3 of these competitors do not utilize a true sensory integration (SI) frame of reference to identify and treat the underlying, foundational issues that lead to dysfunction and delays in children. We continue to have families come to us from all 3 of these competitors because their child was not making progress and we first identify all of the underlying issues (which the competitors failed to do as we get their reports) and second, we know how to treat using our specialized SI frame of reference. Parents are often amazed how quickly they will see differences and improvements in their child's behaviors very soon after beginning therapy with us.
